"Finding Better Leads Got So Much Easier"
I used to spend way too much time digging through cold leads and hoping one of them would actually be interested. After trying this, things changed quickly. I started finding warmer leads much faster, and the whole process felt a lot less frustrating. It saved me time and made outreach feel more worthwhile

apollo has been useful for filling in missing company and contact info. Some of the emails are a bit outdated, but overall it saves me a lot of time.

"Helpful for keeping outreach organized"
I’ve been using Apollo.io mostly for email sequencing, and overall it’s been a really useful tool for me. Setting up the sequence steps is straightforward, and I like being able to quickly see who opened an email or replied. It definitely saves me time during the week and helps me stay on top of outreach. I haven’t run into any major issues so far, though I’m still getting a feel for all the features.

"Feels solid at a glance"
I didn’t go through every tiny detail with a magnifying glass, but from my quick checks and the usual things I look for, the compliance side feels solid. Nothing jumped out as a red flag, which is usually my shortcut for knowing I can relax a bit.

"Pretty much what I expected from Apollo"
I’ve been using Apollo.io for leads, it lines up with what I already thought going in: you don’t need to spend a ridiculous amount to get a solid sales prospecting tool. The price feels fair for what you get, especially compared to a few other platforms I’ve tried. It’s not flawless, and I still double-check some of the data, but I keep coming back to the fact that Apollo gives me more contacts and useful filters without blowing up the budget. For a small sales team, it just makes sense.

"Decent starting point, but I kept having to double-check"
I mainly used Apollo.io to look up company info, the data wasn’t as complete as I thought it would be. I ran into missing company sizes, industries that didn’t seem right, and locations that looked outdated. It was fine for getting a quick start, but I still found myself checking LinkedIn or the company’s website often, which slowed me down. Maybe other people are having better results in different markets or with different lists, but for mine it felt hit or miss. Not useless, just not really worth it for me right now.

"Apollo works fine for the most part…"
apollo works fine for the most part, but the billing side frustrated me. I felt kind of pressured because some of the charges and plan limits weren’t as clear as I expected, and I had to spend time digging around just to figure out what I was actually paying for. Support did respond, but I still came away confused. I really wish everything was more upfront from the start...

My quick take: Apollo is useful if you’re trying to find emails and company info without wasting hours digging around. I mostly use it for prospecting, and the data is usually good enough that I end up with a decent number of valid contacts. That said, some emails are outdated or bounce, and every now and then a job title is clearly behind, so I still double-check the important stuff. Overall though, it’s been a solid time-saver and definitely beats managing lists by hand.

"Surprisingly, My Emails Now Reach Humans"
I’ve been using apollo for a few months now, the email deliverability has been solid. Before this, a decent chunk of my outreach was apparently taking a scenic route straight to spam, which was super helpful, obviously. With Apollo, more of my emails seem to actually land where they’re supposed to, and I can get a better sense of what’s working. It’s not flawless every single time, because apparently perfection is too much to ask, but it’s definitely been a big improvement over what I was using before.

"Solid for Finding Work Emails"
I’ve been using Apollo.io mostly to find work emails, it’s been reliable. Not every email is going to be perfect, but I’m getting way fewer bounces than I was before, which is a big win. It also saves me from the ridiculous process of checking contacts one by one. Overall, I’m happy with it so far

"Pretty useful, just a little glitchy"
I’ve found this extension useful overall, really useful actually, but it does glitch sometimes. It’s not constant, but every now and then it acts up or doesn’t work the way I expect. Still, when it’s working, it definitely helps.

"Cancellation was fine, just a little hidden"
I cancelled my Apollo subscription after a project wrapped up, and overall it was painless. It did take me a little while to find where to do it, which makes me think the account settings in general could be a bit clearer. Support confirmed the cancellation quickly, though, so no major complaints. I just wish the option was easier to spot.

"Useful, but the filtering can be frustrating"
I mostly used Apollo.io to search for and filter leads, it can get annoying quickly. The filters don’t always return what I’m actually looking for, and I’d see the same companies pop up even after trying to narrow things down. Like, make it make sense. Some of the data also feels a bit outdated, so I ended up spending more time cleaning lists than I expected. It’s still useful in some cases, but for the amount of extra work involved, I was hoping for a smoother experience.

"Easy to pick up quickly"
Apollo.io was easy to figure out. I didn’t have to spend a ton of time clicking around, I was able to find leads and save lists fast. Everything felt clear enough, and it just made the whole process quicker for me.
